Bags Check/ Volunteer Room Organization

We put these two positions together because it is happening at the same place. Therefore, we will have two people for each shift. Volunteer Room Organization is just to make sure people do not spill their food and drinks everywhere. Bags Check is like coat check.  We have these tags that are pairs of the same number, and one for the person and one for the bag.

Check-In

Check-In is the same as Check-Out. This job requires people to assign a bar-code to the item. This way we have the item we are selling in the computer inventory. This is also one of the easiest thing in the world. Training time = 5mins.
